Were used - a model of a soldier of the RF Armed Forces in a beret Riot MH, military uniform texture - honorable ghost.
From myself added - a new texture of the face (from Arma2), chevrons of the PV RB, stars on shoulder straps, a patch "border service", a cockade of the Armed Forces of Belarus.

В GTA SA среди скинов представителей силовых структур стран бывшего СССР широко представлены россияне, изредка украинцы, беларусы не встречались ни разу. Это было решено исправить
Лейтенант Пограничных Войск Республики Беларусь.
Были использованы - модель бойца ВС РФ в берете Riot MH, текстура военной формы - почетный призрак.
От себя добавлены - новая текстура лица (из Arma2), шевроны ПВ РБ, звёздочки на погоны, нашивка "паграничная служба", кокарда ВС Беларуси.
