Aviation Pilot of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Now he can fly IL-76 "EMERCOM", VO-105 or An-74 of the Ministry of Emergency Situations!

The skin of the Colonel of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was taken as a basis. The color of the tunic has been changed, the chevrons of the Ministry of Emergencies have been replaced with insignia of the Aviation of the Ministry of Emergencies, the texture of the face has been replaced, the rank is captain. Also (not on the screenshots, it was done later) a name patch was added, the pilot has his own first and last name.

Капитан авиации МЧС РФ

Всем привет! Ретекстур скина от RHS и ClassicRUS а также замечательного автора Почетный Призрак.

Лётчик Авиации МЧС. Теперь он может управлять ИЛ-76 "EMERCOM", ВО-105 или Ан-74 МЧС!

За основу был взят скин полковника МЧС. Изменен цвет кителя, заменены шевроны МЧС на знаки различия Авиации МЧС, заменена тектура лица, звание - капитан. Также (на скринах нет, это было сделано позже) добавлена именная нашивка, пилот имеет свою имя и фамилию.
