Trashmaster mission from GTA LCS

I was inspired to create the script by the mission of the same name from GTA LCS. In this mission, you should work as a real scavenger! Drive around the city and collect garbage bags (each time they appear in different places). For one bag you will add 45 seconds to the time (initially you have 5 minutes left -> we are not in a hurry, but we are not slow either!). Cope - get up to 2000 dollars. So far, the script only works if you're in Los Santos. To start/end a mission, hold down the side mission key for a couple of seconds. Good luck!
