[GTA Trilogy] Font Fix V1 - Old Fonts Restored

Update:

- The font of Busted and Wasted has become smaller (as in the original);
- New radio wheel font outline (San Andreas);
- The name of the radio in the center;
- Radio wheel font changed (Vice City).

This modification restores the classic font for GTA 3, Vice City and GTA San Andreas. Supports menu and subtitles.

P.S. This is the first version of the mod, so there may be errors.
