100% completed. Infinite ammo for any weapon, whether picked up or bought, it doesn't matter. All skills are nearly maxed out. There's plenty to do: not all areas are captured, and relationships with girlfriends could be better.
Slot 1: Start from home in Verdant Meadows, 200% health, full armor, $999999999.
Slot 2: Start on Ganton street. The rest is identical to slot 1.
Installation:
1. Download and extract the archive;
2. Replace files (if necessary) using iFunBox/iTools or iFile (if jailbroken) at the path "/var/mobile/Applications/GTA: SA/Documents"
3. ???
4. PROFIT!!!
This save is also compatible with the Android version; place it at "/sdcard/Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/", and make a backup just in case.
