This mod brings the Flash FM radio station from GTA VC to mobile GTA SA!
Many thanks of course to the authors of the tracks, Rockstar North and the authors of the PC version. And I just made a port and posted it. Surprisingly no one has done this before me.

Этот мод переносит радиостанцию Flash FM из GTA VC, в мобильную GTA SA!
Большая благодарность конечно же авторам треков, Rockstar North и авторам ПК версии. А я просто сделал порт и выложил. На удивление, этим ни кто не занялся раньше меня.
