Hello everyone, I present to you the Carcer City Enforcer. I have a similar mod called SUCURICAR from LCS. I got this Enforcer from GTA UNDERGROUND and inserted it into a regular game.
Features:

- Adapted to PS2 and Android reflections.
Installation:
(For PC) Using the IMG TOOL program, replace the files enforcer.dff and enforcer.txd or upload it to the Modloader if it is available.
(For android) Using the GTA IMG TOOL program, replace enforcer.dff in gta3.img, then use the TXD TOOL program to insert the files into gta3 (Folder).
