Hello everyone, I present to you the Carcer City Enforcer. I have a similar mod called SUCURICAR from LCS. I got this Enforcer from GTA UNDERGROUND and inserted it into the regular game.
Features:
- Does not spoil the atmosphere of the game.
- Good texture quality.
- SA Style.
- There is a model for PC.
- Adapted to PS2 and Android reflections.
Installation:
(For PC) Using the IMG TOOL program, replace the enforcer.dff and enforcer.txd files or throw them into Modloader if it is available.
(For android) Using the GTA IMG TOOL program, replace the enforcer.dff in gta3.img, then using the TXD TOOL program, insert the files into gta3(Folder).

Всем привет представляю вам Carcer City Enforcer. У меня есть похожий мод под названием SUCURICAR из LCS. Этот Enforcer я достал из GTA UNDERGROUND и вставил в обычную игру.
Особенности:
- Не портит атмосферу игры.
- Хорошее качество текстур.
- SA Style.
- Есть модель для ПК.
- Адаптирован к PS2 и Андроид отражениям.
Установка:
(Для ПК) С помощью программы IMG TOOL заменить файлы enforcer.dff и enforcer.txd или закинуть в Modloader если он имеется.
(Для андроид) С помощью программы GTA IMG TOOL заменить в gta3.img enforcer.dff, далее с помощью программы TXD TOOL вставить файлы в gta3(Папка).
