PC SA GRAPHIC to MOBILE SA.

The mod makes the graphics in the mobile version of GTA SA closer to the PC version of the game.
The mod contains:
• New timecyc.dat
• New colorcycle.dat
• Fix "soapy" character skins
• New carcols.dat
Installation:
Move the files from the "data" folder to Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/data
Separately, I want to express my gratitude to Vlad Miroshnikov for his help with editing the colorcycle.dat file.
