New appearance of Carl's childhood home. Textures of decent quality.

In the second version, the garage, fence, pavement, and garage door were updated.
In the third version (the last), all windows on the second floor were updated and the front window on the first floor was redesigned.
Textures should be exported using TXDtool to gta3.txt.

Новый дом Карла v3
Новый внешний вид дома детства Карла. Текстуры приличного качества.
Обновлено:
— Крыша
— Фасад
— Окна и дверь
— Перила
Во второй версии обновлены: гараж, забор, отмостка и дверь гаража.
В третьей версии (последней) обновлены все окна на втором этаже и переделано фронтальное окно на первом этаже.
Текстуры экспортировать с помощью программы TXDtool в gta3.txt.
