Features:

- The character holds the steering wheel smoothly, the steering wheel turns correctly, everyone sits straight in the chairs;
- Replaced tuning parts (not all);

- Working speedometers and all devices;
- HQ engine;
- Working dirt;
- Discs are painted in the second color;
- All boats are in place.
Cons:
- no handling;
- the tire does not burst correctly.

1. Open the archive "Gtav/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf" with the OpenIV program and replace the files in it:
-felon_hi.yft
-felon.yft
-felon.ytd
2.OpenIV program open the folder "Gtav/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday1ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/patchday1ng/vehiclemods"
and replace the file "felon_mods.rpf" in it
