1. Open the archive "Gtav/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf" with the OpenIV program and replace the files in it:
-felon_hi.yft
-felon.yft
-felon.ytd
2.OpenIV program open the folder "Gtav/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday1ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/patchday1ng/vehiclemods"
and replace the file "felon_mods.rpf" in it

Особенности:
- Точный размер игровой модели;
- Машина простреливается везде;
- Рабочие фары;
- Стёкла фар не тонируются при тонировании стёкол;
- Персонаж держится за руль ровно, руль крутится правильно, в креслах все сидят ровно;
- Заменены детали тюнинга (не все);
- HQ интерьер с подсветкой;
- Рабочие спидометры и все приборы;
- HQ движок;
- Рабочая грязь;
- Диски красятся во второй цвет;
- Все лоды на месте.
Минусы:
- нет handling;
- покрышка лопается не правильно.
Версия 1.0:
- Грязь;
- Изнанка капота;
- Новые жабры;
- Лоды;
- Новые текстуры салона;
- Рабочие спидометры и все приборы;
- Машина имеет реальный размер;
- Поправил колеса;
- Мелкие недочеты.
