About the modification:
You can take people hostage and use them as cover, control them, or even just kill them.
If the hostage is a government employee, the police will try not to shoot at you to avoid harming the hostage.
So, you can use this to regain some health and continue with your business.
The hostage is partially bulletproof, which will help you with cover.
Installation

Place HostageHumanShield.dll and HostageHumanShield.ini in the "scripts" folder.
Latest versions of Script Hook V and .NET Script Hook are required for it to work.
Controls
__________
J - Take/Release Hostage
K (English) - kill the hostage
Q/E - rotate the hostage

Вы можете взять людей в заложники и использовать их в качестве прикрытия, управлять ими, или даже просто убить.
Если заложник - сотрудник гос.служб, полиция постарается не стрелять в вас, чтобы не ранить заложника.
Так что, вы сможете использовать это, чтобы восстановить часть здоровья и продолжить делать свои дела.
Заложник частично неуязвим для пуль, что поможет вам в прикрытии.
Установка

Управление
