ProjectRAGE is a graphical mod/project that enhances the game's visuals. All colors become vibrant and rich, and the archive also includes an enhanced Motion Blur, among other features. By installing all additional mods, you will achieve the same effect as seen in the screenshots. Installation instructions are included in the archive (in English, I was too lazy to translate). Also, download this for the mod to work http://reshade.me (mandatory).
ProjectRAGE это графический мод/проект улучшающий графику игры. Все цвета становятся насыщенными и красочными, также в архиве прилагаются и усиленный Motion Blur и т.д. Установив все дополнительные моды вы достигнете такого же эффекта как и на скриншотах. Установка в архиве (на английском языке, мне было лень переводить).
