Installation:
Replace the files oracle.yft oracle_hi.yft oracle.ytd using Open IV:
GTA V/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
To enable front-wheel drive, open handling.meta at:
GTA V/update/update.rpf/common/data find oracle and replace \with
