This script is meant to be used on low end computers. At the current time, this version only supports the Steam version of Grand Theft Auto V. Using it with Retail/Non-Steam will not work. All files must be in the same folder to work properly.
This has given a 10 FPS boost on test hardware making the game go from 8-11FPS to 15-24FPS
