Adds the ability to fire laser missiles!

Do not use this modification online!!!
Installation:
1. open OpenIV
2. select 'Edit mode'
3.replace files
1>.updateupdate.rpfdlc_patchspupgradecommondata -->> explosion.meta
2>.updateupdate.rpfdlc_patchspupgradecommondataai --->> explosionfx.dat
3>updateupdate.rpfcommondataeffects -->> weaponanimations.meta and weaponrailgun.meta
4>updateupdate.rpfcommondataai -->>weapons.meta
Добавляет возможность стрелять лазерными ракетами!
