The full map of Vice City is now in GTA 5
How to use:
Open FiveM, when you reach the menu — press the key (`) (it's just above tab) to open the console.
Then in the console type Invoke-Levelload Vicecity and press Enter. The map will start loading. After loading, you should fall through the ground. Press Pause and set a Waypoint in the northern part of the city and press the F11 key
