Texture Toolkit is a tool that allows you to edit GTAV textures in (*.ytd) and (*.ydr) formats. With the help of the program, you can easily convert textures to "dds" format and edit in the future in any convenient photo editor. Then you can also convert the edited "dds" file back to "ytd".
