This mod increases the amplitude of the waves, making the waves bigger and more active
There are three different options:
1) 0.5
2) +2
3) +5
Installation:
- Extract "water.xml" from archive (of your choice)
- Using OpenIV (2.6), open "common.rpf" (edit mode)
- Follow data > levels > gta5
- Then File > Rebuild
- Then replace the file
