Description:
An actual thing for those who have a laptop or a weak PC that does not meet the minimum system requirements, but you want to play GTA V. Reducing the game's hardware requirements is achieved by forcibly disabling some graphical effects that cannot be disabled through the main menu.

Актуальная вещь для тех, кто имеет нотбук или слабый ПК не соответствующий минимальным системным требованиям, а поиграть в GTA V хочется. Снижение требовательности игры к железу достигается с помощью принудительного отключения некоторых графических эффектов, которые нельзя отключить через главное меню.
ВНИМАНИЕ! Патч ощутимо уродует графику, так что устанавливайте на свой страх и риск.
