This mod significantly expands Franklin's mansion, adding a new garage, helipads, swimming pools, a DJ room, modern lighting and many other improvements.
Features:
- Large garage - a convenient place to store cars.
- Helipads - for easy landing of air transport.
- Modern lighting - stylish lighting for the house.
- Swimming pools - for relaxation and luxurious pastime.
- DJ room - the perfect place for parties.
- Additional decorative elements - make the mansion more lively and realistic.
Installation:
- If you do not have a folder with mods, create it and copy the file common.rpf from the main GTA 5 folder into it.
- Install:
- ScriptHook
- ScriptHook V.NET
- OpenIV
- MENYOO
- Map Builder 4.0
- Custom Props [BETA 3]
- Copy and paste the custom_maps folder to:
mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks - Open OpenIV, go to:
mods > update > update.rpf > common > data
Find the dlclist.xml file, open it and add the line:- dlcpacks:/custom_maps/
- Save the changes and close OpenIV.
Now your Franklin mansion has become even more luxurious and comfortable!

- Скопируйте и вставьте папку custom_maps в:
