This mod significantly changes the appearance of Grapeseed and its surroundings, adding new buildings, houses, trees, transport, decorations, and lighting. Now the area looks more lively and rich in detail.
Features:

Installation:
- Copy the file Grapeseed 1.0.xml to the folder:
GTAFolder\menyooStuff\Spooner - Launch the game and load the object via Menyoo Spooner.
If you don't need to go inside buildings, but just want to enjoy the updated environment, this mod is for you!

Этот мод значительно изменяет внешний вид Грейпсида и его окрестностей, добавляя новые здания, дома, деревья, транспорт, декорации и освещение. Теперь район выглядит более оживленным и насыщенным деталями.
