This building has a gate, parking, one usable two-car garage in the back, a stairwell and elevator (via portals) to the top, a 6th floor apartment and a 360° view penthouse on the top floor.
There are many details, from 3D downspouts to water droplets from balconies in rainy weather.
FEATURES:
- Original Creation: each model is designed and manufactured from scratch.
- Available Interiors: one apartment on the 6th floor, a penthouse on the top floor, one two-car garage, a hallway in the main hall of the building, a stairwell and an elevator (stationary)
- High detail and lore compliance: 3D details, stickers and extensions, like any building in San Andreas.
- Universal DLC: No vanilla file overwrites required!
REQUIREMENTS:
- OpenIV or Codewalker RPF Explorer
- DNX Generic Add-On Props — WITHOUT THIS, MANY OBJECTS WILL NOT APPEAR!
- Portals — optional, but recommended if you don't want to climb the stairs every time to get to the upper floors (and to give the elevator meaning)
INSTALLATION:
- Place dnxbigbuilding from the SP folder here: \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
- Open dlclist.xml , add dlcpacks:/dnxbigbuilding/ after the last line and save.
- OPTION: place the Portals folder in the main GTA 5 directory , then go into it and delete the portal you don't need (for example, you want the elevator to take you to the penthouse? Delete dnxbigbuilding_gnd-to-6th-apartment.in)

Большое здание в Sandy Shores
В этом здании есть ворота, парковка, один пригодный для использования гараж на две машины сзади, лестничная клетка и лифт (через порталы) наверх, квартира на 6-м этаже и пентхаус с обзором на 360° на верхнем этаже.
Есть много деталей, начиная от 3D-водостоков до капель воды с балконов в дождливую погоду.
ОСОБЕННОСТИ:
- Оригинальное творение: каждая модель разработана и изготовлена с нуля.
- Доступные внутренние помещения: одна квартира на 6 этаже, пентхаус на верхнем этаже, один гараж на две машины, коридор в главный холл здания, лестничная клетка и лифт (стационарный)
- Высокая детализация и соответствие лору: 3D-детали, наклейки и расширения, как у любого здания в Сан-Андреасе.
- Универсальный DLC: перезапись ванильных файлов не требуется!
ТРЕБОВАНИЯ:
