This building has a gate, parking, one usable two-car garage in the back, a stairwell and elevator (via portals) to the top, a 6th floor apartment and a 360° view penthouse on the top floor.
There are many details, from 3D downspouts to water droplets from balconies in rainy weather.
FEATURES:

REQUIREMENTS:
- OpenIV or Codewalker RPF Explorer
- DNX Generic Add-On Props — WITHOUT THIS, MANY OBJECTS WILL NOT APPEAR!
- Portals — optional, but recommended if you don't want to climb the stairs every time to get to the upper floors (and to give the elevator meaning)
INSTALLATION:
- Place dnxbigbuilding from the SP folder here: \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
- Open dlclist.xml , add dlcpacks:/dnxbigbuilding/ after the last line and save.
- OPTION: place the Portals folder in the main GTA 5 directory , then go into it and delete the portal you don't need (for example, you want the elevator to take you to the penthouse? Delete dnxbigbuilding_gnd-to-6th-apartment.in)
