Various Polish license plates for GTA 5

This modification adds to GTA 5 new license plates, straight from Poland.

There are different versions of the license plate:

Stripe on the side, plain white license plate;
Side stripe, plain black license plate;
Old black license plate;
License plate for vintage cars;
Side strip for electric vehicles;
Pink license plate.

All installation instructions are in the readme.txt file
