Installation path for single player version: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_mp.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01
If you already have a model in the slot you are using, rename teef_010_u to a different number that is not in use.
Installation for FiveM:
Rename the files to the correct names and place them in the FiveM stream folder.
