Enhanced Traffic Laws 4.0 (Rework) for GTA 5.
This mod aims to add real traffic rules to GTAV, unlike the Sorbas mod, this mod does not need the help of another mod where police cars spawn naturally in traffic jams.
Offenses:
- Over speed;
- Driving into the oncoming lane;
- Drifting;
- Using a mobile phone;
- Driving a heavily damaged vehicle;
- Movement against traffic;
- Hitting pedestrians;
- Collision with a vehicle;
- Running a red light;
- Stopping while driving;
- Driving without a helmet;
- Driving on the sidewalk;
- Passing through a stop sign;
- Use of nitrogen on the road (compatible with the mods "Nitro For All Vehicles" by ImNotMentaL, "Realistic Nitro" by Eddlm and my "Advanced Actions");
- Do not wear a helmet on a motorcycle;
- Driving with flat tires;
- Destruction of the front and rear bumpers;
- Damage to car windows;
- Headlights on during daylight hours;
- Lack of headlights on at night;
- Excessive use of reverse gear;
- Loud use of the horn;
- Incorrect license plate/missing text;
- Damage to the left and right headlights;
- Damage to public property (collision with an object such as a road sign);
- Use of hydraulic suspension on the road;
- Reckless driving (getting too close to vehicles);
- The vehicle is not suitable for driving.
Installation:
- download and install scripthookv + Scripthookvdotnet;
- create a scripts folder (named scripts, not scripts) if you don't already have one;
- install LemonUI (if you don't already have it for SHVDN2) the zip text file is there;
- drag the TrafficLaws folder into scripts;
- drag TrafficLaws.dll, TrafficLaws.pdb into script;
- drag HKHModHelperNew.dll and HKHModHelperNew.pdb into the script if you don't already have it;
- Launch the game.

Enhanced Traffic Laws 4.0 (Rework) для GTA 5.
Этот мод направлен на добавление реальных правил дорожного движения в GTAV, в отличие от мода Sorbas, этот мод не нуждается в помощи другого мода, в котором полицейские машины естественным образом появляются в пробках.
Правонарушения:

- Отсутствие включенных фар в темное время суток;
- Чрезмерное использование заднего хода;
- Громкое использование клаксона;
- Некорректный номерной знак/отсутствие текста;
- Повреждение левого и правого фары;
- Повреждение общественной собственности (столкновение с объектом, таким как дорожный знак);
- Использование гидравлической подвески на дороге;
- Опасное вождение (слишком близкое приближение к транспортным средствам);
- Транспортное средство не пригодно для движения.
Установка:
- скачайте и установите scripthookv + Scripthookvdotnet;
- создайте папку scripts (с именем scripts, а не скрипты), если у вас ее еще нет;
- установите LemonUI (если у вас его еще нет для SHVDN2) в текстовом файле zip есть; ссылка для скачивания, скопируйте URL в браузер, затем будет загружен zip, перетащите содержимое папки SHVDN2 в скрипты;
- перетащите папку TrafficLaws в scripts;
- перетащите TrafficLaws.dll, TrafficLaws.pdb в script;
- перетащите HKHModHelperNew.dll и HKHModHelperNew.pdb в script, если у вас его еще нет;
- Запустите игру.
