1. Copy folder 200617 to the following path: X:/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks;

2. In the OpenIV program, find the file: X: / Grand Theft Auto V / update / update.rpf / common / data / dlclist.xml, then open the edit mode and add the line: dlcpacks: 200617;

3. Save the changes and replace with the OpenIV program in the following path: Grand Theft Auto V/update/update.rpf/common/data.
