According to the game files, Vinewood Boulevard Radio was called "RADIO_18_90S_ROCK"
(possibly this is P.M.R (Pre-Millennium Radio). As a consequence, P.M.R (Pre-Millennium Radio) was the original name for Vinewood Boulevard Radio.
