At one point during the development of GTA V, there were plans to include the radio station P.M.R (Pre-Millennium Radio) in the game. The DJ remains unknown.

According to game files, the radio station Vinewood Boulevard Radio was referred to as "RADIO_18_90S_ROCK"
(possibly this is P.M.R (Pre-Millennium Radio). Consequently, P.M.R (Pre-Millennium Radio) was the original name for Vinewood Boulevard Radio.
