Insane FPS boost for low-end computers and other systems

The mod is useful for those who have a weak PC. You can increase the FPS and stabilize it, well, or just increase the level of graphics. The mod is based on competent balancing of Lods, draw distance and many other features. Graphics quality remains the same. Do not use this mod with ENB or SweeftFX (there may be bugs with shadows, but this is not certain). On my shitbook Pavilion DV7 GT230m (overclocked) +i5 520m 2.6 Ghz I have 30 fps at night and 40+ in the day, in the rain there are drawdowns of up to 25 fps with high quality water and textures with a screen resolution of 1600x900. The fact is that I tried all the mods, and there is only one sense from them - to kill the graphics, the same mod does not spoil anything, it only frees up resources.

I recommend using this mod in combination with low grass vegetation and Re-Sized GTA 5.
