Insane FPS boost for low-end computers and other systems

This mod is useful for those with weak PCs. It can increase FPS and stabilize it, or just enhance the graphics level. The mod is based on proper balancing of LODs, draw distance, and many other features. The quality of graphics remains the same. Do not use this mod with ENB or SweetFX (there may be bugs with shadows, but this is not certain). On my Pavilion DV7 GT230m (overclocked) + i5 520m 2.6 GHz, I get 30 fps at night and 40+ during the day, with drops to 25 fps in the rain at high water quality and textures with a resolution of 1600x900. The thing is, I have tried all mods, and the result is always the same — they ruin the graphics, this mod does not damage anything, it only frees up resources.
I recommend using this mod in conjunction with low grass vegetation and Re-Sized GTA 5.
If you find bugs, please report them.
Do not use the mod on official servers, or you will get banned =(

Мод полезен для тех, у кого слабый ПК. Можно повысить FPS и стабилизировать его, нуу или просто поднять уровень графики. Мод основан на грамотной балансировке Lod-ов, дальности прорисовки и множестве остальных фишек. Качество графики остаётся прежним. Не используйте этот мод вместе с ENB или SweeftFX (возможны баги с тенями, но это не точно). Дело в том что я перепробовал все моды, и толк от них один — убить графику, этот же мод ничего не портит, только освобождает ресурсы.
Рекомендую использовать этот мод в паре с low grass vegetation а также Re-Sized GTA 5.
