Installation:
Unzip the archive.
Open OpenIV
Go to edit mode and follow the path: update> x64> dlcpacks> custom_maps>dlc.rpf> x64> levels> gta5> citye> maps> custom_maps.rpf
Move the file there from the archive.

Установка:
Разархивируйте архив.
Откройте OpenIV
Перейдите в режим редактирования и по пути:update> x64> dlcpacks> custom_maps>dlc.rpf> x64> levels> gta5> citye> maps> custom_maps.rpf
Переместите туда файл из архива.
