2. Export "dlclist.xml" from "/update/update.rpf/common/data/" to your desktop using OpenIV. Open the file "dlcpacks:\\belair57\\\";

3. Import the file back to the specified path using OpenIV;

4. Use a trainer to spawn the car with the command "belair57".
