The interior of the sex shop from GTA 4 for single player and FiveM 1.0

I am working on creating interiors from GTA IV for GTA V. Here is one of them.
In the backyard of the West Vinewood area, you can find a sex shop that is closed, for very mysterious reasons. Follow the green glow to find the entrance. This place is not very important for the game, but some people may enjoy it.
The archive includes DLC for the single player game and a resource for the FiveM multiplayer mod, so you can use this mod however you like.
Installing
Singleplayer:
Just copy the folder "sexshop" to the directory "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks"
Then, add a link to this folder (example below) to the "dlclist.xml" file located in
"mods/update.rpf/common/data".
dlcpacks:/sexshop/
FiveM:
Copy the "sexshop" folder to your server's resources folder and add the line "start sexshop" to your server.cfg.
