GTA 4 Sex Shop Interior for Single Player and FiveM 1.0

I'm working on creating interiors from GTA IV for GTA V. Here’s one of them.
In the backyard of the West Vinewood area, you can find a closed sex shop for rather mysterious reasons. Follow the green glow to find the entrance. This place isn't very important for the game, but some people might enjoy it.
The archive includes DLC for single player and a resource for the FiveM multiplayer mod, so you can use this mod however you like.
Installation
Single Player:
Just copy the folder "sexshop" into the directory "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks"
Then, add a reference to this folder (example below) in the "dlclist.xml" file located in
"mods/update.rpf/common/data".
dlcpacks:/sexshop/
FiveM:
Copy the "sexshop" folder into your server's resources folder and add the line "start sexshop" to your server.cfg.
