This mod allows the player to purchase any armed vehicle, any weapon, or a bunch of other things that can be bought directly from Agent 14, at Trevor's Airfield.
Look for the blue cannon on the map, it should be near Trevor's airfield (if Agent 14 doesn't show up, please press INS to reload mods), approach Agent 14 and press G to open the menu.
