This mod adds one of the districts of Liberty City to GTA 5!
Installation:
Create a libertycity folder in this path mods/update/x64/dlcpacks and put dlc.rpf from the archive there.
Go to dlclist.xml at this path /update/update.rpf/common/data/ and add the line dlcpacks:\libertycity\

По этому пути mods/update/x64/dlcpacks создать папку libertycity и закинуть туда dlc.rpf из архива.
Зайти в dlclist.xml по этому пути /update/update.rpf/common/data/ и добавить строку dlcpacks:\libertycity\
