This mod adds one of the districts of Liberty City to GTA 5! Installation: Use this path mods/update/x64/dlcpacks to create a libertycity folder and drop dlc.rpf from the archive there. Go to dlclist.xml at this path /update/update.rpf/common/data/ and add the line dlcpacks:libertycity
