You can install it using addonpeds-asi-pedselector.
If desired, you can replace any NPC in the game by simply renaming the files, for example: ig_bankman - place it using OpenIV at the path Grand Theft Auto V/x64e.rpf/models/cdimages/componentpeds_ig.rpf.
