Installation:
- Using the SparkIV or OpenIV program, replace the "vehicles.img" file (located in "Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVpcmodelscdimages"), the "blista.wft," and "blista.wtd" files with the ones from the archive. Then, using EditIV or manually, replace the lines in the files "carcols.dat", "handling.dat", "vehicles.ide" and "vehOff.csv" (they are in "Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVcommondata") with those which are registered in "readme.txt". Also, you can use the automatic programs to install transport QuickIV or Venicle Mod Installer.
