This car spawner for GTA 4 works in all versions of GTA 4 (IV, TBoGT, TLaD). To create a car you need a mouse. And by the way, exclusive cars from the episodes are also included in the spawner.
Controls:
To open the car spawn window, press the keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + F1. Management is carried out both with the mouse and with the W and S buttons to move and F to select a car. Right and left Ctrl, close and open the doors of the car. In general, watch the video.

Управление:
Что бы открыть окно спавна автомобилей, нажмите сочетание клавиш: Ctrl + Shift + F1. Управление осуществляется как мышкой, так и кнопками W и S, для перемещения и F для выбора автомобиля. Правый и левый Ctrl, закрыть и открыть двери у автомобиля. В общем смотрите видео.
