This car spawner for GTA 4 works in all versions of GTA 4 (IV, TBoGT, TLaD). You will need a mouse to create a vehicle. By the way, exclusive cars from the episodes are also included in the spawner.
Controls:
To open the car spawn window, press the key combination: Ctrl + Shift + F1. Control is done with both the mouse and the W and S keys for movement, and F to select a vehicle. Right and left Ctrl open and close the car doors. In general, watch the video.

Управление:
Что бы открыть окно спавна автомобилей, нажмите сочетание клавиш: Ctrl + Shift + F1. Управление осуществляется как мышкой, так и кнопками W и S, для перемещения и F для выбора автомобиля. Правый и левый Ctrl, закрыть и открыть двери у автомобиля. В общем смотрите видео.
