Installation:
- Unpack the downloaded archive
- Install RAD Tools (available in the archive)
- Launch RAD Video Tools (Start->All Programs->Bink and Smacker->RAD Video Tools
Installing the Weazel TV channel:
- Find the folder with GTA IV -> movies in the window and left-click on file weazel.bik
- Then click on the bottom bar "Mix in sound" On the top line "Sound file to mix" click "Browse..." and find the weazel file .wma that we unpacked -> Open
- On the second line "Output file info:" rewrite the name to weazel.bik
- Check "Automatic overwrite?"
- In the right pane click "Mix"
- Everything The soundtrack is being replaced!
Setting the CNT channel:
- Find the folder with GTA IV -> movies in the window and left-click on the file CNT.bik
- Then click on the bottom panel "Mix in sound". On the top line "Sound file to mix" click "Browse..." and find the CNT.wma file that we unpacked -> Open
- On the second line "Output file info:" rewrite the name to CNT.bik
- Check the box "Automatic overwrite?"
- On the right panel, click "Mix"
- That's it, the sound track is being replaced! When finished, click Done.
That's it, now you can watch TV in Russian!
For those who do not have these channels in the movies folder, but want to watch TV in Russian, I advise you to buy a license and play.
As a last resort, buy a pirated full version (2 double-layer DVDs) or download the full 14Gb version from the Internet.

В крайнем случае купить пиратскую полную версию (2 двуслойных DVD) или качнуть из интернета полную 14Gb версию.
