Then, having launched the utility, you need to select in the menu:
1 - Tools (options)
2 - tab GENERAL, section 'file associations'
3 - check the Package .OIV checkbox, click apply.

Для установки вам потребуется загрузить и инсталлировать OpenIV.
Затем запустив утилиту нужно в меню выбрать:
1 - Инструменты (параметры)
2 - вкладка ОБЩИЕ, раздел 'ассоциации файлов'
3 - поставить чекбокс Package .OIV, нажать применить.
