Winter textures for GTA IV Criminal Russia 1.4.1
This is the first and one might even say crude version of my addition because the textures were difficult to fit and in general they were difficult to find.
The author of “Criminal Russia” itself is Mixazzz.
Initially, the mod was made purely for myself, then I decided to finish it and upload it.
Download, install (readme in archive), and play.

Это первая и можно даже сказать сырая версия моего дополнения т.к текстуры с трудом подходили и вообще их трудно было найти.
Автором самой "Криминальной России" является Mixazzz.
Изначально мод делался чисто для себя, потом решил доделать и залить.
Скачивайте, устанавливайте (ридми в архиве), и играйте.
