Winter textures for GTA IV Criminal Russia 1.4.1
This is the first and can even be described as a raw version of my add-on since the textures were hard to fit and were generally difficult to find.
The author of "Criminal Russia" is Mixazzz.
Initially, the mod was made purely for personal use, then I decided to finish it and upload it.
Download, install (readme in the archive), and play.

Это первая и можно даже сказать сырая версия моего дополнения т.к текстуры с трудом подходили и вообще их трудно было найти.
Автором самой "Криминальной России" является Mixazzz.
Изначально мод делался чисто для себя, потом решил доделать и залить.
Скачивайте, устанавливайте (ридми в архиве), и играйте.
