Everyone wanted this in GTA IV. Here it is. The mod was created back in 2012, but it wasn't available on the site. Of course, it's not the same as in GTA San Andreas, but it's still pretty good.

Все его так хотели в GTA IV. Получайте. Мод сделан аж в 2012 году, но на сайте его не было. Конечно, не такой, как в GTA San Andreas, но тоже неплохо.
