GTAV Radio HUD - another mod from a cool scripting modder that adds Grand Theft Auto V style radio selection to GTA 4.
Installation is automatic, via OpenIV. Suitable for both the original "four" and EFLC.
The control is as follows: hold down the caps, the radio selection menu appears, move the mouse to select the desired station.

GTA V Radio HUD — еще один мод от крутого скриптового моддера, который добавляет в GTA 4 выбор радио с помощью колеса мышки в стиле Grand Theft Auto V.
Установка автоматическая, через OpenIV. Подходит как для оригинальной «четверки», так и для EFLC.
Управление такое: зажимаем капс, появляется меню выбора радио, двигаем мышкой для выбора нужной станции.
