Completed on the licensed Russian version from "1C" without patches. Played with an online account on "Games For Windows Live". At the end of the game, Roman is alive, and Kate is dead. Saved in Bohan.
Everything required for 100% completion has been done, as well as some optional tasks, specifically:
-All clothing purchased.
-Acquainted with all friends and girlfriends.
-100% relationship with all friends and girlfriends, and all bonuses unlocked.
-All random pedestrian missions completed, which are not necessary for 100% game completion.
A few more nice details:
-Not a single mission failed.
-Never arrested.
-Never died.
-No cheat codes, trainers, mods, or other unfair methods used during gameplay.
There is an installation in the archive, but it only explains how to install the save on Windows XP. Enjoy the game!

-Пройдены все миссии случайных прохожих, которые необязательно выполнять для прохождения игры на 100%.
Ещё пара приятных мелочей:
-Не завалил ни одного задания.
-Ни разу не был арестован.
-Ни разу не умер.
-При прохождении не использовано ни одного чит-кода, трейнера, мода и других методов нечестной игры.
В архиве есть установка, но там сказано только про то, как установить сохранение на Windows XP. Приятной игры!
