The mod was created for EFLC 1.1.2.0. For medium and powerful PCs. I advise you to delete the effect.txt file and set the maximum anti-aliasing to GTA4 in the NVIDIA control panel. The archive contains a file that fixes the problem with light cutscenes. I don’t know what else to write, look at the screenshots.

Мод был создан для EFLC 1.1.2.0. Для средних и мощных PC. Советую удалить файл effect.txt и в панели управления NVIDIA поставить максимальное сглаживание на GTA4. В архиве есть файл который устраняет проблему с светлыми катсценами. НЕ знаю что еще писать смотрите на скрины.
